Based in our Newcastle Hub, Steph is part of the Information Services team, where she helps ensure the industry content our customers rely on is accurate, up to date and easy to discover. It's a role that combines specialist knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for helping customers find the information they need.
From Placement Student to 29 Years Later
Steph's journey with Hubexo began with a student placement while studying Library and Information Management at university. She enjoyed the experience so much that she returned after graduating, starting a career that has now spanned nearly three decades.
Throughout that time, one thing has remained constant: a love of learning.
