StrategicSales - Regional Sales Executive

The Role:
We are expanding our sales team and seeking a driven, high-energy Regional Account Executive to spearhead new business development. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with construction professionals in your assigned territory. You will leverage industry-leading solutions to help clients improve their bid management and project workflows, ultimately driving growth for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through targeted outreach, networking, and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and customize solutions to maximize value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring seamless handoff to customer success.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position Hubexo in the marketplace.

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive for success.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting techniques.
• Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
