"I'm a true believer in a kind culture," he says. "Our CEO has often emphasized the importance of being nice to your colleagues while keeping each other accountable, and seeing that philosophy consistently reflected in our day-to-day interactions is my favourite thing about working here."

Global collaboration
One of the most memorable aspects of Aditya's journey at Hubexo has been the opportunity to work alongside colleagues from across the business's global footprint.
Leading teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America has given him a front-row seat to the different perspectives, working styles, and ideas that make Hubexo such a dynamic organisation.
"Each group brings its own communication style, culture, and way of working, and that mix makes every interaction unique," he explains. "Some moments are fun, some are challenging, but all of them are meaningful."
These experiences have helped him grow both personally and professionally while gaining a deeper appreciation for the diversity of perspectives that make Hubexo stronger.
Making an impact
One of Aditya's proudest achievements has been leading a major transition of system ownership from one region to another.
The project involved coordinating teams through significant change and navigating a complex set of challenges along the way. Successfully bringing the initiative together and seeing the positive outcomes for the business made it one of the most rewarding experiences of his career.
"Guiding our teams through that complexity and seeing the results come together was incredibly fulfilling," he says.
Today, Aditya continues to lead large-scale technology and business transformation across Hubexo, working with teams around the world to strengthen collaboration, improve delivery, and help create better outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.
